We welcome creativity but also uphold content standards. Designs should not contain offensive, hateful, or illegal material. Intellectual property rights must be respected; please ensure you have the right to use any design elements. Creatable reserves the right to reject designs that violate our content guidelines.

3. Shipping Info

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product and destination. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 2-3 weeks. 4. How Do I Cancel or Modify an Existing Order?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. Orders can only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order is in the shipping process, we are unable to make changes.

7. How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be in their original condition. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
